Working in partnership with individuals, families and the broader care team, your role will provide tailored practical assistance so people can live independently in their homes and access their community.You will need to be available for shifts starting between 7am to 11am (minimum 4 hours), Monday to Friday.
Flexibility to extend hours is also required.You will need a reliable vehicle and may be required to transport clients during your shift.What You'll Be DoingAs a valued member of our support team, you will:Provide personal care, domestic assistance, and lifestyle supportAssist with medications and provide support in line with client care plansAssist with appointments, outings,
