The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing plumbing and gas work primarily related to compliance checks and rectification jobs for real estate agencies.
This role requires a solid understanding of relevant regulations and standards.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct plumbing and gas safety compliance checks at rental propertiesPerform gas appliance servicing, carbon monoxide testing, and rectification workInstall, maintain, and repair gas, water, drainage,
