Our expansion reflects our commitment to meeting the increasing demands for high-quality imaging in our community.About the OpportunityWith the continued growth in our imaging services, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic graduate who is keen to build a career as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.




This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands‐on experience across PET/CT and SPECT/CT in a supportive and creative environment, working alongside experienced technologists, radiologists and our broader imaging team.Please note this role will be based primarily at our Noosa practice, with some time also spent working at our Gympie site to support imaging services across the region.
Reliable transport between sites will be required.This is a permanent full-time role.
To be successful, you will be passionate about patient care and achieving high quality clinical outcomes, and consider yourself to be highly accountable.Responsibilities include:Performing Nuclear Medicine procedures utilising PET and SPECT/CT cameras under appropriate supervisionWorking alongside all modalities as part of the nuclear medicine teamPerforming Nuclear Medicine work to a high standard in accordance with Australian standardsMonitoring patient safety, comfort, and adherence to radiation safety protocolsAccurately reading and interpreting referrals and ensuring all documentation is completed correctly for each examinationEstablishing and maintaining strong working relationships with our radiologists, radiographers, sonographers, reception team and patientsAbout YouBachelor of Applied Science in Medical Radiation (Nuclear Medicine),
