That applies equally to our clients and our people.For our employees, we provide our industry-leading Humanity Life Policy, encouraging our people to cultivate their own version of a balanced life and meaningful career across our global brand family.About the roleAs a Customer Service Administrator & Scheduler, you will play an important role in ensuring our clients receive a professional and efficient service from their first interaction with Humanity Health Group.Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating and scheduling appointments across busy clinician calendarsProviding professional customer service over the phone and via email to clients and stakeholdersManaging initial enquiries and referrals and guiding customers through our referral processGenerating quotes and following up on outstanding approvalsCommunicating with support coordinators regarding referrals and appointmentsBooking appointments for our clinicians and proactively managing scheduling changesMaintaining accurate records and ensuring administrative tasks are completed to a high standardWorking collaboratively with colleagues while taking ownership of your individual responsibilitiesCommunicating professionally and respectfully across all levels of the organisationRemaining calm, organised and solutions-focused when priorities change or workloads increaseAbout youWe are particularly interested in hearing from candidates who have established experience in administration, scheduling, customer service, healthcare administration or a similar professional environment.To be successful, you will:Have previous experience scheduling and coordinating appointmentsHave previous administration, customer service, reception or contact centre experienceIdeally have experience within the NDIS, allied health, healthcare or a related industryBring a professional, respectful and considered approach to workplace communicationBe dependable and comfortable taking accountability for your responsibilitiesHave the confidence to manage challenging conversations professionally and constructivelyBe able to maintain appropriate confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive client or workplace informationBe organised and capable of managing competing priorities without losing attention to detailHave excellent written and verbal communication skillsHave strong computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeBe self-motivated and comfortable working independently as well as collaborativelyBe receptive to feedback and committed to continuously improvingContribute positively to a respectful, supportive and professional team environmentHave a genuine interest in providing an excellent experience for clients and stakeholdersWe value people who are reliable, level-headed and solutions-focused, and who understand that a successful workplace relies on professionalism, accountability and respectful communication.What we offerAt Humanity Health Group, we are committed to supporting our employees' wellbeing and professional development.
