Renfay Projects is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Estimator to join our dynamic team in Strathfield South, NSW.
In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the estimating team within our construction company, contributing to the successful delivery of our projects.What you'll be doingAssist in the preparation and review of detailed cost estimates for construction projectsCollaborate with project managers, quantity surveyors, and subcontractors to ensure accurate cost projectionsParticipate in the preparation and negotiation of contracts, subcontracts, and procurement agreementsContribute to the development and maintenance of estimating templates, databases, and other toolsProvide administrative support to the estimating and contract management teams as neededWhat we're looking forRelevant tertiary qualification in construction management, quantity surveying, or a related field1-3 years of experience in a similar estimating or contract administration role within the construction industryStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical specifications and drawingsProficient in the use of estimating software, spreadsheets,
