The successful candidate will haveproven staff managementexperience in a customer service environment.
Reporting to theVenue Manager, you will be required to manage the day to day operations of a venue.This position will be based at our Kingston venue, however our employees work across venues and flexibility is required to meet operational requirements.To be considered for this role it is essential you have:A positive and proactive attitudeDemonstrated experience in leading,



managing and training a teamSound experience in managing multiple prioritiesA focus on building rapport with your team and customersAbility to take ownership of your venue and team when on shiftCapability and experience to lead by example and ensure professionalism in all interaction with stakeholdersCan guide staff to follow policies and procedures, and address nonperformance issuesDemonstrated experience in compliance related activities, undertaking shift reporting and EOM proceduresUnderstanding of the licensed club industry (desirable) and its offeringsWe are looking for an individual who has had minimum of 2-3yrs experience in a customer service workplace and managing teams.Ability to work within a rotating roster, consisting of day/nights.We offer opportunities to complete formal qualifications,on the job training, a supportive work culture, employee recognition and wellbeing programs, above Award salary conditions, free parking, meal allowance and five weeks annual leave.
