You will join a team of dedicated trainers and will get satisfaction from knowing you have empowered your students to build their confidence, knowledge, and careers through your personalised service.Your Key Responsibilities will include:Delivering accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoringDelivering Employability skillsAssessing the skills and abilities of your students to tailor your training offeringEnsure management of own case load is maintained within identified milestoneCriteria for SuccessCertificate IV in Training & Assessment TAE***** or TAE***** or TAE***** or Diploma Higher in Adult EducationMinimum qualification Certificate III in Individual SupportMinimum 1years' Industry experienceStrong knowledge of adult learning principles and delivery techniques relevant to mature customersAbility to provide effective advisory,
