Ensure a safe workplace is maintained for staff and children, with particular attention to children with anaphylaxis, allergies, asthma etc.To ensure that accurate records are kept in regards to accident, incident, injury, illness and medicationTo liaise with families in regards to the day to day happenings.To maintain observations and records of individual children's progress, particularly those identified through staff observation.About YouMin.
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent)Experience working as a Room Leader in an early childhood settingCurrent Working with Children CheckFirst Aid Certificate or willing to obtain oneExcellent understanding and working knowledge of the NQFExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environmentStrong understanding of the importance of family communications
