As a Mechanical Fitter, you'll work on the mechanical assembly stage of our build process — fitting out refrigeration and HVAC cabinets, frames, and enclosures before they move through to refrigeration, electrical, and final testing.
The work uses light hand and power tools rather than heavy machining, so no trade background is required — we're happy to train the right person from scratch.
You'll get to see how a piece of equipment goes from a set of drawings to a finished unit, working closely with our refrigeration, electrical, and testing teams along the way.Key responsibilitiesAssemble refrigeration and HVAC cabinets, frames, panels, and enclosures following drawings and easy work instructionsFit brackets, fasteners, gaskets, and hardware neatly and accuratelyUse light hand and power tools (drills, screwdrivers, riveters, etc.) safelyFollow step-by-step build instructions and basic engineering drawingsCheck your own work for fit and finish,
