All Purpose Transport is seeking an experiencedAccounts Receivable Officerto join our dynamic team in our Southern Suburbs & Logan Brisbane QLD location.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, as well as providing administrative support to the broader business.What you'll be doingProcessing and monitoring customer invoices and payments including RCTI'sManaging accounts receivable, including chasing up overdue payments and maintaining accurate customer account recordsLiaising with customers to resolve any billing or payment issuesCollaborating with the finance team to ensure effective and effective accounts receivable processesWhat we're looking forRelevant experience in an accounts receivable.
Experience in the transport or logistics industry looked upon favourably but not necessaryStrong attention to detail and numerical skills, with the ability to maintain accurate financial recordsExcellent communication and customer service skills,
