We're looking for a motivated junior IT professional to join our team across Banks Benchtops — growing Queensland-based stonemasonry businesses sharing a rapid-paced, multi-site IT environment.Based at our Arundel (Gold Coast) office, you'll work directly alongside the IT Manager to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while getting genuine exposure to a broad range of systems, infrastructure projects, and business integrations.
AI tools are increasingly central to how we work, and this role will actively contribute to how we adopt and integrate them.
This is a hands-on role that will grow with you.What You'll DoProvide first and second-level IT support to staff across our five sites (Arundel, Brendale, Archerfield, Rocklea)Set up, configure, and troubleshoot Windows PCs, laptops, iOS devices, and printersSupport and maintain our Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)Assist with device management via Zoho Endpoint Central MDMHelp manage user accounts, access controls, and onboarding/offboarding in Entra IDAssist with monitoring email security, responding to phishing reports, and managing quarantine queuesContribute to IT projects including CRM integrations, workflow automation, and SharePoint developmentAssist in evaluating, deploying, and supporting AI tools and assistants across the businessHelp research and test AI integrations that improve team productivity and automate repetitive workflowsMaintain IT documentation, asset registers, and support ticketsLiaise with vendors and third-party support contacts as requiredSupport and troubleshoot hardware and software across desktops, laptops, and mobile devicesAssist users remotely, resolving issues efficiently without always being on-siteProvide support and gain exposure to CRM platforms (HubSpot, Cin7,
