Sponsorship is available for suitably qualified international candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide person-centred care and support to participants in residential accommodationAssist with personal care, grooming, dressing, mobility, and daily living activitiesSupport meal preparation and other household tasksPromote participant independence, dignity, and social inclusionBuild positive relationships with participants, families, carers, and health care professionalsSupport participants in achieving goals outlined in individual support plansAssist with medication administration in accordance with organisational policiesMaintain accurate progress notes, documentation, and incident reportsRespond appropriately to emergencies and behavioural support requirementsEnsure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and relevant care standardsParticipate in team meetings,



ongoing training, and quality improvement initiativesWork rotating rosters including weekends, public holidays, overnight, and sleepover shiftsRequirements & EligibilityDiploma qualification or overseas Bachelor's degree, preferably in Nursing, or at least three years of experience in lieu of formal qualificationsMinimum three years of experience in disability support, residential care, or community servicesWillingness to relocate within Queensland or Recent South WalesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCurrent First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtainEligible to obtain required worker screening clearancesAbility to provide a Police Clearance CertificateAbility to work independently and within a multidisciplinary teamExperience supporting participants with complex behaviours or high-intensity support needs is an advantageKnowledge of disability support standards and positive behavioural support is desirableMedication administration and manual handling experience is highly regardedCommitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality, person-centred careSpecial InstructionsVisa sponsorship is available for suitably qualified and eligible international applicants.
