Synergie is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Coordinator to join a leading organisation based in Tullamarine.

What you will be required to do:
You'll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day warehouse operations while supporting a small team to ensure activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company procedures and quality standards.
Coordinating daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, order processing and dispatchAllocating and monitoring workflow to ensure operational priorities are metOverseeing the day-to-day activities of a small team and providing leadership supportConducting toolbox meetings and promoting a strong safety cultureEnsuring compliance with quality, GMP, WHS and company proceduresMaintaining inventory accuracy and supporting stock reconciliationsUsing SAP and warehouse management systems to process transactions and maintain recordsWorking closely with site logistics and operational teams to drive efficiency and continuous improvement
To be successful in the role you will:




Have 3-4 years' experience in a similar warehouse coordination, logistics or team leadership roleDemonstrate previous experience leading or coordinating team activitiesPossess strong SAP knowledge and systems experienceHave experience working within warehouse and logistics environmentsDisplay exceptional attention to detail and organisational skillsHave strong communication and problem-solving abilitiesBe able to follow and enforce procedures, safety requirements and compliance standardsHold a relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field (highly regarded but not essential)Have a proactive, team-focused approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
