Reporting to the Showroom Manager, you will guide clients through the complete Roche Bobois experience, from welcoming them into the showroom and understanding their lifestyle and design needs to presenting our collections, developing tailored proposals, closing sales and managing each order through to delivery.
You will work with private clients, interior designers, architects and other design professionals across residential and commercial projects.
You will also introduce clients to our interior design service and use Roche Bobois digital design tools to help bring their projects to life.Key responsibilitiesDeliver a warm, knowledgeable and highly personalised showroom experienceUnderstand clients' functional, aesthetic and budget requirementsPresent Roche Bobois furniture, materials, finishes and customisation optionsPrepare quotations and proposals and confidently guide clients through the sales processDevelop long-term relationships with clients, interior designers, architects and other industry professionalsFollow up enquiries and maintain an active sales pipelineManage client orders from confirmation through to deliveryAssist with space planning and interior design presentations for residential and commercial projectsMaintain excellent product knowledge and stay informed about design trends and new collectionsContribute to showroom presentation, events and business-development activitiesAbout youAt least two years' experience in premium or high-end furniture sales, luxury retail, interior design or a comparable client-facing environmentA genuine passion for furniture, interiors,



art and contemporary designConfidence engaging with a discerning, design-conscious clienteleStrong sales ability and a proven commitment to achieving targetsExcellent relationship-building and communication skillsHighly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple prioritiesStrong attention to detail and a polished, professional presentationProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookExperience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, ***** or similar design software would be highly regardedExisting relationships within Melbourne's interior design, architecture or property community would be an advantageAbout usRoche Bobois is a world leader in furniture design and distribution, working closely with renowned designers and fashion houses to create distinctive and highly customisable collections.
