The store person is responsible for the effective operation, organisation, and continuous improvement of the company store, ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are managed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company requirements.
The role supports service and project delivery by maintaining accurate stock control, ensuring timely availability of goods, and implementing practical store workflows that are easy to maintain and audit.Key responsibilitiesReceive, check, and process all inwards goods, including verification against purchase orders and delivery documentationArrange, manage, and dispatch outwards goods, including coordination with couriers and freight providersIssue stock, tools, and equipment to staff in accordance with company proceduresMaintain accurate stock records using SimproMonitor stock levels and identify shortages, discrepancies, or damaged itemsMaintain and manage company tools and equipment,



including tracking, storage, and condition monitoringArrange test and tag of electrical equipment in accordance with regulatory requirementsEnsure all workers and visitors entering the store have signed in in accordance with company proceduresMaintain a clean, organised, and functional store environmentComply with all company WHS, quality, and environmental policies and proceduresAbout youAbility to maintain accurate stock records and inventory managementExperience with store operations, logistics, and inventory systemsKnowledge of health, safety, and compliance requirementsAbility to organise and maintain store layout and systemsCapability to coordinate with external providers and manage equipment compliance
