This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in designing, installing, and maintaining high-quality landscape projects for our diverse client base.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional results across residential projects, combining your horticultural knowledge with practical landscaping skills to create and maintain beautiful outdoor environments.Key responsibilitiesDesign / plan and implement maintenace programs,Prepare and maintain garden beds, including soil preparation, planting, and mulchingPerform regular maintenance tasks including pruning, weeding, fertilising, and pest managementOperate landscaping equipment and machinery safely and efficientlyProvide expert advice to clients regarding plant care, garden design, and landscaping solutionsEnsure all work sites are kept clean and tidy, with proper waste management and recycling practicesWork collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time and within budgetMaintain knowledge of current horticultural trends, best practices,



and sustainable landscaping techniquesWhat we're looking forCertificate III or IV in Horticulture, Landscaping, or related qualificationProven experience in landscaping and horticulture, ideally in both installation and maintenanceStrong knowledge of plant species, their growing requirements, and pest managementProficiency in using landscaping equipment and tools, including powered machineryExcellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workPhysical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsReliable, professional attitude with strong communication and customer service skillsValid driver's licence and willingness to travel to job sites within the local areaUnderstanding of health and safety regulations and commitment to secure work practicesPreferred experience with landscape design software and sustainable gardening practicesWhat we offerAt Broughton Landscapes, we value our team members and are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
