Home to a diverse collection of restaurants, bars, and experiences, We're always looking to connect with passionate individuals who want to be part of something special.We are on the hunt for Sustainability Stewards to help us maintain a clean, efficient, and environmentally responsible precinct.Key responsibilities include:Separating and managing waste streamsMaintaining accurate waste and recycling recordsOperating baling equipment to process cardboard and recyclablesProcessing food waste and supporting sustainability initiativesKeeping waste areas, equipment, and back-of-house spaces clean and organisedWorking closely with venue teams to promote best-practice sustainability processesWhat we're looking for:Previous experience in hospitality or kitchen operations, warehousing, logistics, or physically demanding environments is highly regardedAvailability to work night shifts, including finishes between 1am and 3amAbility to safely perform repetitive manual handling tasks,



including heavy lifting throughout shiftsFlexibility to work across a 7-day rosterA proactive attitude and strong attention to detailThe ability to work collaboratively as well as have the autonomy to work within a fast-paced environmentWhy you'll love working for us?
