This is an exciting prospect for a recruitment professional who enjoys building strong partnerships, managing end-to-end hiring, and helping attract great talent into a diverse range of roles.This role is being offered as a6-month fixed-term opportunity initially, with thepossibility of extension or transfer to a permanent full-time rolebased on business needs and performance.In this role, you will support recruitment across a varied portfolio, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver efficient, inclusive, and high-quality hiring outcomes.
You will also play an important role in strengthening early talent pathways by connecting the business with universities and TAFEs to explore graduate opportunities and technician talent pipelines.What you will doManage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of rolesPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, create and manage job advertisements across relevant channelsSource and engage talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking,



and direct searchScreen candidates and coordinate interviews and recruitment activityDeliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycleMaintain accurate recruitment activity in WorkdayBuild relationships with universities, TAFEs, and other education partners to support graduate hiring and technician pathways, work with the business to identify and develop opportunities for graduate, trainee, and technician talentWhat you will bringExperience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or recruitment coordinationStrong end-to-end recruitment capabilityExperience managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environmentExcellent coordination, administration, and organisational skillsExperience using Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, or similar platformsConfidence building external relationships and engaging with education providers or community networksOpportunity to contribute to meaningful work in a purpose-driven, global organisationCollaborative and supportive team environmentHybrid and flexible working arrangementsA culture that values innovation, inclusion, and continuous developmentPotential for the role to extend beyond the initial fixed-term period or transition to a permanent full-time opportunityOur commitment to inclusionWe are committed to achieving workforce diversity reflective of our communities.
