This is a hands-on manufacturing role across our product range – Roller shutters, Outdoor Blinds and other related products.
Depending on where you're needed, your day may includein-house manufacturing to job sheet specifications, cutting aluminium and steel components on saw equipment, picking and packing parts, helping wrap and prepare items for despatch, and general factory support.You will be trained across multiple areas and may be asked to move between tasks or lend a hand to other team members and departments as production needs change from day to day.The role is fast-paced and physical, involving small powered hand tools, material handling and teamwork to meet daily production targets.All employees are expected to comply with WH&S; legislation and company safety policies and procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble roller shutters, Steel Zip blinds other external products to job sheet specificationsFollow in-house manufacturing processes accuratelyUtilise hand tools (drills, rivet guns, etc.) to assemble productsLearn to assemble multiple product lines as requiredEnsure quality standards and production deadlines are metMaintain work areas,



tools and equipmentParts & Sub-Assembly (as required)Pick relevant parts and pack securely per job sheetWrap loose items to prevent damage to componentryComplete sub-assembly tasks as directedMaintain stock levels within Assembly/PartsGeneralPerform occasional heavy liftingMaintain a safe, clean and organised workspaceAssist with wrapping, labelling and preparing items for despatch as neededAssist other team members and other areas of the factory whenever and wherever neededDuties may vary from day to day depending on production requirementsComplete other tasks as requested by ManagerAbout YouExperience in manufacturing, assembly, or a similar factory role preferred (preferred but not essential)Competent using hand tools such as drills and rivet gunsExperience operating saws or machinery an advantage (or willingness to learn)Basic maths skills for accurate measurements and material calculationsStrong attention to detail and quality focusReliable, hardworking and safety-consciousAble to follow written and verbal instructions in EnglishAble to work both autonomously and as part of a small teamGood physical strength and stamina (able to lift up to 20kg or more, occasionally as required)Valid Australian work rightsWhat We OfferStable full time hours with a consistent Monday–FridayVaried, hands-on role across Assembly, Saw Cutting and PartsOpportunity to learn multiple product lines and factory processesWeekly pay and overtime occassionally
