Hunt is seeking a mid-senior level rewards professional to join our team.
You will work closely with the VP Talent (Australia) on strategic reward initiatives, including incentives and job architecture, while mentoring a Rem Analyst in annual cyclical activities.
You have 7+ years in corporate reward, strong stakeholder relations, and proven project management experience in energetic environments.
Our CBD offices offer great facilities and a hybrid setup with 3 days work-from-home per week.
