Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily banquet and event operations to ensure smooth, high quality service
Lead, train, and support the banquet team to deliver consistent service standards
Manage event setup and pack down according to client requirements and event orders
Monitor guest satisfaction and address service issues promptly
Coordinate closely with clients, chefs,



and event coordinators for seamless execution
Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards
Conduct pre event briefings and post event reviews
Manage inventory, equipment, and cost controls, including rosters and payroll
Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews for banquet staff
Ensure accurate daily postings and complete detailed post event reports
Assist other F&B; outlets when required
What You'll Bring:
Experience in food and beverage operations, ideally within banquets or events
Confident leadership skills with the ability to guide, train, and support a diverse team
A guest focused approach and commitment to delivering high quality service
Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple events smoothly
Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene requirements
Ability to manage basic cost controls, rosters, and inventory
Skilled presentation and adherence to grooming standards
Flexibility and availability to work a rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
