FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER TOP SHOP BYRON BAYThis is a hands-on management position where leading people and taking responsibility for the venue are the key priorities.
You'll lead the team during your shifts, maintain service and operational standards, and make sure the venue runs efficiently while creating a positive environment for both staff and customers.
The position is available full-time, up to 38 hours per week, or permanent part time, with hours spread across 4 or 5 days.
