Job Description
AGL seeks a senior Platform Lead - ServiceNow to own the enterprise ServiceNow platform, set the roadmap, governance and delivery direction.
You'll partner with technology leaders, vendors and delivery teams to shape a scalable, trusted ITSM platform that supports AGL's technology strategy across ITSM, SIAM, CMDB and AI-enabled automation.
Based in Docklands, VIC, you'll drive CMDB/CSDM maturity, manage releases and prioritise demand, while balancing stakeholder needs andsecurity/compliance
