We currently have a need for a
Speech Pathologist
with an interest in paediatrics to support clients across the
Ipswich
region.
While paediatric clients will form part of your caseload, there is also
prospect to work with clients across the lifespan
if you're looking for a broader and more varied caseload.
You'll be part of our national Speech Pathology team, with the added benefit of an experienced Paediatric Speech Pathologist based locally along with a national team of Behaviour Support Practitioners, Psychologists and OTs, to connect, collaborate and share expertise with.

The Role
Deliver
evidence-based assessment and therapy
, supporting NDIS participants to achieve meaningful goals.
Work from home and see clients face to face locally or via telehealth from time to time
Collaborate with multidisciplinary allied health teams for better outcomes through coordinated care
What flexibility looks like here
For us, flexibility means giving good clinicians room to structure their work sensibly.
That could mean clustering face-to-face appointments across two days and using your third day at home for reports, admin or telehealth.
It could mean working from home in the morning and seeing clients that afternoon — or the reverse.
It might mean school drop-off, an earlier finish, or carving out time for your child's sports day event.
And sometimes it's the smaller things: having your coffee at home, putting a load of washing on between reports, or getting dinner started before everyone gets home.

Monthly MDT workshops, lunch-and-learns and discipline-specific PD
$70/hour for billable hours above your monthly target
Accessible leadership — alongside the support of your Team Leader, you will connect regularly with the National Speech Manager whenever you need advice, a second opinion or space to talk something through.
What You'll Need
Relevant Speech Pathology qualifications with
SPA registration
12 months+ experience within the NDIS and working with children and adolescents
Ability to work from home
NDIS Worker Screening & WWCC
Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
