Job Description
Urban Alley Brewery – Chadstone Social Quarter is seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join our leadership team.
This hands-on role oversees day-to-day operations and helps shape culture, standards and performance of the team.
You'll lead front-of-house, drive service excellence, manage labour and training, and contribute ideas to improve the guest experience.
A senior level hospitality background and robust communication are essential.
