Rydges Resort Hunter Valley Gather is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef and lead daily kitchen operations during dinner service. You'll oversee food preparation, staff supervision, and quality across Gather's kitchen and banquet events.

The role requires 2–3 years in premium hotel/restaurant settings, robust leadership, and a passion for high culinary standards. You'll work in a agile kitchen culture with opportunities for growth within EVT's network.
