La Piazza, a vibrant Italian dining venue in the Bankstown Sports precinct in South West Sydney, is hiring a Chef de Partie (Full time) to lead their section in a high-volume kitchen. You will prepare and present dishes to the highest standard while maintaining food safety and cleanliness.

You'll work with a passionate kitchen team, managing your section during service, coordinating with colleagues for timely meals, and contributing to a positive kitchen culture.
