Our current dental practice in Claremont, recently opened this year, is growing and we are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our team.

We are looking for someone to start 2 days per week, with the chance to increase hours in the future if desired.

Available days and hours:
Monday & Wednesday: 7:45am–5:00pm
OR
Monday: 7:45am–5:00pm
Friday: 6:45am–2:00pm

About the role:
Welcoming and assisting patients
Answering phone calls and managing appointments
Handling general reception and administrative duties
Maintaining a friendly and skilled patient experience
Working with Dental4Webb practice management software

About you:
Previous dental reception experience is preferred but not essential
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Friendly, organised and reliable
Willingness to learn and be part of a growing team

Remuneration will be based on experience.

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
