Job Description

HammondCare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our residential team in Sydney. You will advise and support care delivery, mentor staff in clinical practices, and contribute to case management with a patient-centered focus.

You will hold a current AHPRA registration, with 2–3 years in aged care, and be adaptable to work nights and weekends. Robust admin and computer skills are essential to succeed in this role.
