About the Role n

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead our Melbourne branch, based in Truganina. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales growth, increasing market share, and ensuring smooth branch operations across sales and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities n

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
n
Lead and manage sales and warehouse teams to deliver strong performance
n
Grow existing accounts and drive new business opportunities
n
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
n
Monitor market trends and provide insights to guide strategy
n




Support demand forecasting and supply chain planning
n
Ensure effective warehouse operations and high service standards
n
Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
n
Resolve customer issues and identify continuous improvement opportunities
n

About You nn
3–5 years’ experience in a leadership role
n
Tyre or automotive industry experience (preferred)
n
Proven sales and business development success
n
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
n
Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
n
Results-driven with a hands-on approach
n
