Retail Manager – Melbourne Our client is looking for an experienced Retail Manager to join their team in Melbourne, VIC.
This is a full-time chance for a motivated retail professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store
Lead, motivate and manage the retail team
Drive sales and achieve store targets and KPIs
Deliver outstanding customer service
Manage stock, inventory and merchandising
Prepare staff rosters and manage staffing requirements
Train and develop team members
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues
Maintain high store presentation standards

About You
Previous experience as a Retail Manager, Store Manager or in a similar leadership position




Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Qualified, positive and proactive attitude
Availability to work weekends when required
