Job Description

Sigma Healthcare is seeking a Team Manager for our Distribution Centre in Sydney. You will lead daily warehouse operations, drive safety, and champion continuous improvement while developing a high-performing team.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage a team of warehouse staff, optimise processes, and ensure productivity, accuracy and customer service targets are met in a quick-paced setting.
