IT Project Manager

n Hybrid – 1 Day in Office
$170–190K + Super
n We’re partnering with a leading organisation within EdTech, hiring an ITProject Manager to lead and deliver a range of technology projects and business initiatives.
n This is a highly stakeholder-focused role for an experienced Project Manager who understands technology, can confidently work across technical and non-technical teams, and can drive projects from planning through to successful delivery.
What You’ll Do

n

Lead technology projects from initiation through to delivery
n
Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies
n
Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and vendors
n
Facilitate workshops, meetings and stakeholder discussions
n
Coordinate technical teams, testing and implementation
n
Provide clear reporting and manage senior stakeholder expectations
n

About You n

n
Experience as a Project Manager in higher education, EdTech or the education sector – essential
n
Proven experience delivering technology projects in complex environments
n




An exceptional communicator who can confidently engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
n
Solid understanding of the technology landscape and how systems, data, applications and integrations fit together
n
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders
n
Robust project planning, governance, risk and dependency management skills
n
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
n
Highly organised, detailed and able to work autonomously
n
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
n

Highly Desirable n

n
Experience with LMS, Student Management Systems, CRM or student-facing technology
n
Exposure to data, integrations, infrastructure, identity or enterprise applications
n
