Key responsibilities n
Liaising and assisting customers with printing enquiries
n
Preparation and management of quotes through our job management software
n
Check artwork and prepare files for printing
n
Setting up and operating digital printing equipment including our new Ricoh Pro C9500
n
Load and unload stock and finished goods safely and efficiently
n
Inspection and procedural checks to ensure the best quality is delivered to our customers
n
Workflow and job management
n
Assisting other team members with tasks as required throughout the business
n
Maintaining a clean workspace
About you n
Experience using Adobe Acrobat, InDesign and Illustrator would be an advantage, but is not essential
n
Strong verbal and written communication skills
n
Confident and efficient with computers,
with the ability to learn new software quickly
n
Technically minded and enjoy learning current machinery
n
Ability to handle multiple jobs at a time from request to delivery
n
A reliable, positive and team-focused attitude
n
Must have full working rights to work in Australia
