Key Responsibilities:
Confidently manage your section during service
Prepare dishes to a high standard of taste and presentation
Maintain a clean, protected, and organised kitchen space
Support and train junior chefs and kitchen hands
Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and service teams
Contribute to seasonal, sustainable menu ideas
What We’re Looking For:
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher)
At least 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a premium restaurant or hotel setting
Ability to manage a section during fast-paced service
Flexibility to work a roster that involves nights, weekends and public holidays
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Passion for sustainable cooking and local produce
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
