Australian Venue Co. is looking for Assistant Venue Managers and Duty Managers in Geelong, including opportunities at Eureka Hotel.

We’re after hands-on leaders who enjoy being on the floor, supporting their team and making sure guests have a excellent experience. Whether you’re already managing shifts or you’re a robust supervisor ready to step up, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do
Lead shifts across food, beverage and day-to-day venue operations.
Coach the team and keep service running smoothly when it gets busy.
Handle guest and team issues with confidence and valuable judgement.
Support the Venue Manager to maintain a safe,



welcoming and well-run venue.

What you’ll bring
Experience leading shifts in a pub, bar or busy hospitality venue.
A calm, practical approach and a genuine interest in developing people.
A current Victorian RSA.
Availability to work a hospitality roster, including evenings and weekends.
