About the Role

n

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

n

n
Preparing, letting and administering subcontract agreements
n
Managing subcontractor claims, variations and progress payments
n
Assessing and processing supplier invoices
n
Assisting with project budgeting, cost forecasting and reporting
n
Tracking project variations and contract compliance
n
Liaising with clients, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
n
Supporting project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
n
Maintaining accurate project records and documentation
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role you will have:

n

Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator within the construction industry
n
Strong understanding of construction contracts and subcontract administration
n
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
n
High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
n
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software including Cheops and Hammertech
n
Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related field (preferred)
n
Full and unrestricted working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)
