East Bridge Recruitment is looking for experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing healthcare staffing team across aged care facilities in the South Coast and surrounding areas.

The Role

n

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care to residents while working closely with care teams, families and facility management.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Provide protected, person-centred nursing care to residents.
n
Conduct clinical assessments, care planning and medication management.
n
Monitor residents' health and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
n
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
n
Work collaboratively with ENs, AINs, carers and other healthcare professionals.
n
Support and supervise care staff where required.
n
Ensure compliance with aged care standards, policies and procedures.
n
Respond confidently to clinical and emergency situations.
n

About You

n

n
Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration.
n
Previous aged care experience is highly desirable.
n
Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills.
n
Qualified, reliable and compassionate approach to resident care.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
Current police check and required compliance documentation.
n
Availability for day, afternoon and/or night shifts is an advantage.
n
