Our client is a well-established national residential builder known for delivering quality homes and maintaining robust systems across their construction teams.

With a consistent pipeline of work and continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team in the South West / Springfield region.

The Role n

You will be responsible for managing around 15 homes at various stages of construction, ensuring builds are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

n

The current workbook includes a mix of estate and more custom homes, including both low-set and high-set builds.

n

You will also benefit from robust internal support, working alongside experienced construction leadership and a dedicated team of production and sales estimators.

What You'll Need n

n




Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Residential Site Supervisor
n
QBCC Site Supervisor / Builder's Licence (essential)
n
Experience delivering low-set and high-set residential homes
n
Robust ability to manage trades, schedules, quality, and budgets
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
