You will negotiate terms, manage risk, oversee head contracts and subcontracts, and ensure cost control and regulatory compliance across teams and stakeholders.
You will guide procurement strategies, supervise tendering, and drive performance reporting while delivering high-value outcomes for a complex construction programme.
