Used Car Selling Sales Manager - Five Dock
We are seeking an experienced and driven Used Car Selling Sales Manager to lead the used vehicle sales operations at our Five Dock dealership.
This is a key role for a results-oriented automotive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving strong commercial outcomes.
Reporting directly to the Group General Manager of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping sales performance, team culture, and the overall success of our used car division.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate the used car sales teams to achieve volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets
Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to grow revenue and market share
Work closely with Finance & Insurance teams to maximise customer solutions and product penetration
Manage inventory, manage stock levels, pricing strategies, and inventory mix to ensure optimal turnover and profitability
Oversee accurate and compliant documentation of all sales transactions, including trade-ins and finance agreements
Analyse sales performance, market trends, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement
Maintain robust relationships with internal departments and external partners to support business growth
About You




Proven experience in a used car sales management role within the automotive industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and improving dealership profitability
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Highly organised, commercially minded, and confident in decision-making
