Job Description
Football Queensland is seeking an Officer - Customer Service (Contact Centre) to join the Corporate Services team at Meakin Park, Slacks Creek.
You will be the first point of contact for players, clubs, participants and stakeholders, delivering timely, accurate and professional support.
You will manage phone and email enquiries, maintain records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and assist with participant registrations, refunds and related processes in a fast-paced setting.
