Job Description
people2people is seeking an in office Payroll Specialist to handle end-to-end payroll for about 100 permanent staff across Australia & NZ.
The role focuses on interpreting Awards and EBAs, calculating overtime and penalties, and delivering payroll reporting and reconciliations.
The successful candidate will ensure compliance with ANZ payroll legislation and maintain payroll records while addressing employee queries and supporting audits.
