Eight weeks of comprehensive paid training will be provided to prepare you for success.About The OpportunityAs a Surveillance Operator, you will play an important role in protecting our employees, members, guests and property by monitoring more than 450 CCTV cameras and identifying potential safety, security and compliance concerns.You will join a close-knit team while also working independently for extended periods, maintaining focus, accuracy and sound judgement at all times.
Experience in surveillance, security or a related environment will be highly regarded.What You Will Be DoingMonitor live CCTV footage through the Avigilon systemReview incidents and conduct investigations using CCTV footage and available reporting systemsRespond to and action CCTV requests from NSW PoliceBack up and securely manage Body-Worn Camera footageOperate as a central command point and communicate with departments via two-way radioMonitor and respond to alarms through the Gallagher security systemLiaise and work closely with emergency servicesOperate the Emergency Warning and Intercommunication System (EWIS) panel and support fire-response proceduresExport and interpret gaming meter reportsInvestigate and analyse transactions, behaviours and system-generated alerts for indicators of potential money laundering or terrorism financingComplete data entry,



reports and administrative tasks with a high level of accuracyMaintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriatelyComply with Group policies, procedures and relevant legislative requirementsAbout YouYou are observant, dependable and able to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
