About the RoleSummacon Group is seeking a Traffic Management Implementor to set up, monitor, and dismantle traffic control layouts on site in line with approved Traffic Management Plans (TMPs), ensuring the safety of workers and the public.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement, adjust, and remove TMPs (signage, barriers, cones, delineation devices)Operate Stop/Slow bat to control traffic flow through work sitesConduct pre-start equipment/vehicle checksMonitor site conditions and respond to changes or hazardsLiaise with supervisors and site personnelMaintain compliance records and daily logsOperate traffic control vehicles safelyRequirementsQLD TMI- Traffic Management Implementation LicenseQLD TC- Traffic Control LicenseValid driver's licenseExperience in traffic management or construction (preferred)Ability to work flexible schedule, outdoors, in all weatherStrong safety awareness and communication skills
