Job Description
HammondCare is seeking a Registered Nurse (AHPRA registered) to join our Home Care Clinical Care & Practice Team in the Penrith, Hawkesbury, and Lower Blue Mountains region.
This permanent part time Clinical Partner - Nursing role involves caring for older adults at home, with a three-day work week across Monday to Friday, and travel between client homes using your own vehicle.
