As part of our commitment to child safeguarding, all employeesare required tocomply withour child secure policies and mandatory reporting requirements.Applicants willbe requiredtodemonstratetheir commitment to child safety and undergo rigorous screening processes, including Working with Children Check (WWCC) and/or Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) checks.Your new roleWorking as part of the CRCS team, you will contribute to a broad range of marketing and communications activities across the organisation.You will have the opportunity to work across:Drive creative marketing and communication campaigns that connect communities with CRCS servicesDevelop engaging content that tells powerful stories of impact across web, social, digital and print platformsLead CRCS's social media and digital marketing activity, using analytics to grow engagement and reachWork closely with employees, participants, community partners to promote initiatives and celebrate outcomesChampion our brand, ensuring all communications are accessible, consistent and aligned with organisational valuesTurn insights and data into practical recommendations that enhance impact and performance.This is a hands on role whereinitiative is encouraged and ideas are welcomed.You'll work with people across CRCS, from program teams and community facing employees through to leaders and external partners.

engaging and meaningful communications.The person who will thrive hereYou are a creative and organised marketing and communications professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and is passionate about creating engaging content that connects people with services and community outcomes.To be successful in this role, you'll bring:Qualifications in communications, marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experienceExceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content across digital, social, web and print channelsExperience managing social media platforms, digital campaigns and online engagement activitiesStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlinesConfidence building relationships and working collaboratively with colleagues, participants, community partners, suppliers and mediaA data-informed approach, using analytics and insights to evaluate performance and continuously improve resultsExperience with website content management, eDMs, digital marketing tools and communication platformsA commitment to inclusive and accessible communication that reflects diverse communities and experiencesInitiative, adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovationAlignment with CRCS's values of being Ethical, Respectful, Accountable, Optimistic, Inclusive and InnovativeDigital marketing qualifications and experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.Why us?
