About the Role:
These roles support the day-to-day operations of the RDC, ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely processing and distribution of Capral products.
Key responsibilities may include:
Operation and support of Paintline, Warehouse, and Despatch functionsPicking, packing, and dispatch of customer ordersLoading, preparation,



and pre-loading of deliveriesForklift operations, including loading and unloading of vehiclesInventory and materials managementUse of SAP and warehouse systemsAdherence to safety, quality, and legislative requirementsBe physically fit and capable of manual handling tasksDemonstrate a strong commitment to health and safetyHave a reliable work history and strong attendance record
About You:
We are seeking experienced, dependable, and safety-focused individuals who take pride in their work.
To be considered, applicants must:
Have recent experience in a Paintline, Warehouse, Despatch, or similar industrial environmentHold a valid LF Forklift Licence (essential for most roles)Be physically fit and capable of manual handling tasksDemonstrate a strong commitment to health and safetyHave a reliable work history and strong attendance record
Desirable:
Experience using SAP or similar warehouse systemsIntermediate computer skills
