Our team is growing, and we're looking for a capable, compassionate Field Service Technician to join us and make a real difference.The RoleThis field-based role is diverse and hands-on.
You'll travel to customer sites to maintain, service, and install lifting and transfer equipment.
This includes not only servicing installed systems but also delivering, installing, and collecting hire equipment for short- and long-term use.Key responsibilities include:Conducting preventative maintenance and repairs on patient lifting systemsDiagnosing and resolving mechanical or electrical faultsInstalling equipment in residential and commercial settingsDelivering, setting up, and collecting hire equipment for clientsCompleting service reports and compliance documentationLiaising with clients including aged care staff, hospital teams, disability support providers,



and familiesProviding professional and respectful service, especially in sensitive environmentsAbout YouYou're a technically skilled, self-motivated individual who enjoys variety in your day and has a robust commitment to safety and service.We're looking for someone with:Experience in a field service or technical support roleMechanical or electrical aptitudeStrong communication skills and the ability to work independentlyGood time management and attention to detailAbility to pass a police check and obtain a Working with Children CheckHighly Regarded:Biomedical engineering qualifications or experienceExperience with assistive technology or medical/rehabilitation equipmentComfortable working in both clinical and residential environmentsWhy Work at CHS Healthcare?
