Dubbo Regional Council is seeking a Part Time Customer Experience Officer (Parental Leave Cover) in Dubbo, NSW.
The role focuses on frontline customer support, handling inquiries, and delivering solutions with empathy across multiple channels.The position offers a 25-hour week (Mon-Fri, 9:00am–2:00pm) with potential to contribute to improving the customer experience.
Parental leave cover for 12 months, with opportunities to grow within the Customer Experience & Engagement Branch.
